Zara slingbacks 95mm in beige with glitter bows

 I was never going to buy shoes from Zara again after a few pairs of very uncomfortable mistakes but I couldn’t walk away from these. Love the color schemes and the glitter bows. They were intended for a Barbie themed dinner but it got cancelled and I never got a chance to wear them. One day!

Gianvito Rossi Brittany ankle straps sandals 100mm in purple sparkles

I feel like I have come a full circle with these strappy heels. They reminded me a couple of my also very strappy Gucci heels I had many moons ago. Never bought Gucci shoes again as they had zero arch support and caused me a lot of pain, but that’s another story. These ones have the usual lovely G Rossi fit, which makes 100mm a walk in the park. Love the pearly finish and iridescent sparkly bits. Tie at back for cleaner lines. True to size.

Rupert Sanderson Nada pumps 80mm in glitter delta gold

My second pair of Nada. I bought the first pair not knowing for sure if I would get a lot of wear.  They were on sale and I thought why not. They turned out to be extremely versatile and I basically wore them to death.  Literally.  When the Sanderson sale began it was time to grab another pair.    They are very comfortable and I love the vamp and fit.  Glitter pink was also available and I wish I had gotten those instead of gold.  Buy half size up.

Jimmy Choo Billie block-heel pumps 65mm in glitter

Another pair of block heels as I just couldn't say no to glitter.  Love how they look with jeans, but it may be a little tricky to match them with other things.  Official color is camellia mix, but it's a silver glitter with a slight pink tint.  Buy one size up.

Christian Louboutin New Very Prive 120mm in mauve patent and glitter

Another addition to the Prive collection.  I had made a promise to myself to avoid 120mm but I fell into the glitter + Very Prive trap once again. They came in two colors and I pick mauve over powder blue.  I'm hoping the one-inch platform would help make these more wearable.  Buy half to one size up.

Christian Louboutin Iriza pumps 100mm in glitter

I stepped in the shop to dodge the rain, and I got out with the best shoes (not necessary very friendly for day-to-day use).  Oh well.  Glitter, pointy, d'Orsay. I could not resist.  Love the minimal toe coverage too. It's a pointy version of Helmour. True to size.

J.Crew ankle straps flats in glitter

Another great netaporter sale find!  Love love love the rainbow glitter and the white trims.  My first pair of pointy flats as well.  And while usually pointy flats tend to make my feet look huge, the glitter and ankle straps seem to deflect issue. The leather is actually very soft and they are extremely comfortable.  Will check out more J. Crew shoes in the future.  True to size.

Christian Louboutin Pigalle Follies pumps 100mm in purple glitter fishnet

My first pair of Pigalle Follies and I think I'm in love! I never liked pointy shoes but I am officially converted.   Love how they showcase my toes.  The glitter fishnet material ticks all my boxes too.  I also prefer the thinner heels compared to Pigalle.  I am now on the lookout for more Pigalle Follies.  Buy one size up.

Christian Louboutin Fifi pumps 100mm in glitter

My sister wanted me to get her some glitter Loboutins and I found these at the fabulous Harrod's shoe room.  I of course could not walk away from them so I got myself a pair as well.  They have the usual elegant Fifi heels and shape and they are comfortable. I had to run in them on my birthday as we were running late, and I managed!  Buy one size up.

Louboutin No Prive sling backs 125mm in glitter and gold leather

These shoes are my absolute favourite.   They are the ultimate!  There isn't much more you can ask for with a pair like this.   I think we all want to feel extremely glamorous every now and again.  Buy one size up.

Pedro Garcia pumps 90mm in black glitter

I came so close to throwing these out but decided to keep them. I like the glitter but I can't rave about the shape.  Maybe they can be my rainy shoes.  Buy half size up.

Amaya ballet flats in glitter

These are my second pair. I bought mt first pair in carbon black glitter but left them behind in a hotel!As gutted as I was I went back to buy a replacement and by then only silver glitter was left.  I had my doubts but I'm glad I bought them.  They are so much fun and they go with everything.  I don't usually think much about Amaya heels as they don't seem to go well with the shape of my feet, but somehow these are very comfortable and they are good for walking long distance.  Buy one size up. 

Jimmy Choo flip-flop slides 70mm in fuchsia satin with glitters

A gift from a friend as the sizing is messed up. Love the color and glitters, comfortable height. The problem I have with flip-flop heels is that they don't seem to stay on very well. I find myself gripping on with my toes constantly, which gets quite tiring quite quickly. Buy one size up.
