Aquazzura Hayworth ankle straps sandals 115mm in fuchsia suede

Another purchase in the sale.  I probably do not need another pair of fuchsia shoes but I was captivated by the retro lines and design.  They make my feet look so elegant I couldn't leave them behind.  The 115mm height seems manageable with the thin platforms.  I wore them to go on the subway and a wine buffet (lots of walking back and forth!) and I was ok. Now I need a retro flowy skirt to complete the look.  True to size.

An easy and vibrant pair.  They should go with everything in the summer.  Official color is Jazzberry.  Buy half size up. 

Rupert Sanderson Majuba wedges 95mm in metallic cork

So this is it.  My funkiest pair of shoes ever!  Thank you Mr. Sanderson!  When I saw them I could not believe how fun they are.  They have so many busy details and yet everything goes really well together.      Who has parrots on shoes and look good?   The fuchsia straps are just icing on the cake too.  I can just sit and look at these shoes forever.   As an added bonus they are the most comfortable shoes too.  True to size.

Melissa Talking II pumps 100mm in fuchsia plastic

They are the ultimate Barbie shoes, right down to the color and texture!  They come in black as well but I thought I might as well go all the way, if I am crazy enough to wear molded plastic heels.  At half priced I couldn't say no. Love the color and the shine.  They feel comfortable enough but I will have to find out whether they rub or not.  Buy one size up.

Note:  Despite buying a size up these shoes still hurt so badly.  I had them on for maybe an hour and not a lot of walking and I had to buy a pair of new shoes to end the misery.  I couldn't make it back to the car.  I think the non-leather insoles did not help either as my feet kept slipping to the front.  What a shame.

My very first pair of Ferragamo shoes. Couldn't resist the color. They seem comfortable enough but I was expecting more from the legendary Ferragamo. Buy half size up.

A yellow and fuchsia version of the wedges. I couldn't say no to them when they were so cheap.

Jimmy Choo flip-flop wedges 100mm in fuchsia terry cloth

My favourite color once again. Wedges certainly give more support. And the higher the heel, the more they seem to stay on my feet. They look lovely with swim wear on pool side. Still they are not all that supportive and my toes seem to be everywhere. To me it's not acceptable but I often wonder who else is looking? True to size.

Jimmy Choo flip-flop slides 70mm in fuchsia satin with glitters

A gift from a friend as the sizing is messed up. Love the color and glitters, comfortable height. The problem I have with flip-flop heels is that they don't seem to stay on very well. I find myself gripping on with my toes constantly, which gets quite tiring quite quickly. Buy one size up.

Kate Spade ankle straps 105mm in black/white/fuchsia satin

Love the colors, love the little bow, love the straight, clean-cut heels. Don't like the fit, even though they are already a lot better than the usual Kate Spade, they still hurt my feet a little. The straps feel so stiff! True to size.

Jimmy Choo sling backs 90mm in fuchsia leather and snakeskin details

I absolutely adore the color and the usual Choo high-quality finish. However the front straps are really tight and they hurt my feet! A real shame. Buy half size up.

I only got to wear these once, as I actually find them difficult to pair with my outfits. I never anticipated the problem but reality is they seem too busy for my outfits as they have too many colors and details. Perhaps they will work well with white but it's the one color I don't wear often. Oh well I'm sure I will find something in the future. True to size.
